1-GO to " my documents > fifa 13 and find " buttonDataSetup.ini " and DELETE it. "
2-in the same folder open wtih notepad "fifaconfig" file and change aspect ratio to "1" and save!

3-(optional i fixed my problem with this one,its not logical but working )
if it already "1" first change to 1.3336 save and again enter the same file and chyange to "1" save and exit
i know its not logical but its fifa 13 - EA games ^^ u dont need logic..
